Terms of Service

Last updated: January 2026

These terms apply to the website indigoskybridge.shop and to requests for garage door service made through it. By browsing the site or submitting a form, you accept the terms below. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

1. About us

The site is operated by Indigo Skybridge Garage Doors LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Indiana, with its shop at 12175 Old Meridian St, Carmel, IN 46032. You can reach us at contact@indigoskybridge.shop or (317) 663-2470.

2. Quotes and estimates

Prices shown on the site are starting points for typical jobs and are not binding offers. A firm price is provided on site, in writing, after a technician inspects the door. Estimates are valid for thirty days unless stated otherwise and may change if hidden damage is found.

3. Scheduling and access

When you book, you agree to provide safe access to the work area and accurate information about the door and opener. Same-day service depends on crew availability and parts on hand. We will always confirm an appointment window before dispatching a technician.

4. Workmanship warranty

Labor on completed repairs carries a two-year warranty. Parts are covered by their manufacturer's warranty, which we will identify on your invoice. Warranties do not cover misuse, accident, weather damage, or work later altered by someone other than us.

5. Payment and cancellation

Payment is due on completion unless other arrangements are made in writing. If you need to reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible so we can offer the slot to another customer. Repeated missed appointments may require a deposit for future bookings.

6. Intellectual property

The text, layout, logo, and images on this site belong to Indigo Skybridge Garage Doors LLC or are used with permission. You may not copy, republish, or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written consent.

7. Limitation of liability

The site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by Indiana law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any dispute relating to the site or our services will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Hamilton County, Indiana.

9. Updates

We may amend these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page, and your continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance.
